Sažetak
The term globalization has been capturing great attention of scientists, politicians, journalists, social acters and group leaders over the world. Today the globalization takes the characteristics of the technical-technological phenomenon which, with its created (and produced) scientific-technological possibilities, works towards the absolute connection of world on the economic, political, military, cultural, educational and other plans of the social structure and relationships. These factors influence the development of the “ learning society” , “ educating society” . The issue of globalization has not been unknown in Croatia. This paper will present the discussion about some aspects of the globalization processes and their influence on the economic, political, cultural and educational development of Croatia within developed world.
