Sažetak
The presentation discusses the role of judiciary in divided societies, arguing that functional judiciary is needed both from internal and from external perspective - especially from the perspective of the EU accession. The main dysfunctions in civil judicial proceedings are elaborated, and some points for treatment are proposed.
