Sažetak
Teratomas are tumors of primordial germ cells which can differentiate into three germ layers: ectoderm, masoderm and endoderm. Thymus tissue is rarely found whithin ovarian teratomas. The young female with small, cystic mature ovarian teratoma is presented. In this are found: ectodermal structures-skin and brain tissue behind mucinous glands and completely organoid thymus tissue, which are endodermal structures. Did T and B lymphocytes colonize epithelial thymus net from blood ("homing" the tumor), or their origins are from zumor germ cell? Uf they became from tumor germ cell, how did they form organoid thymus tissue whitout transition through liver or bone marrow environment?
