Sažetak
The outbreak of thrombotic diathesis in younger people requires additional diagnostic examination, including genetic testing for possible inherited factors. Incidence of the G20210A mutation in the gene for prothrombin is such patients, as well as frequency of the combination of that mutation with other risk factors, is one of the factors whose role in the development of the thrombotic diathesis should be additionally examined.
