Sažetak
We report 60-years old woman who had a long history of cholecystolithiasis and pancreatitis with pseudocysts drained operatively twice. Three month after second surgery the patient got subcutaneous necrotising panniculitis of her leggs and arms.Ct was preformed and showed 8 cm wide mass in the distal pancreas. Szrgical speciment was misinterpreted as pancreatic steatonecrosis. Then, her condition got worse and she died in hyperpyrexy. On pm section, numerous liver epithelial metastases were found, rest of pancreas was without changes. Slides revision of previous biopsy was done and diagnosed an extremly good differentiated acinocellular carcinoma, with predominatly acinar and focally trabecular pattern.
