Sažetak
Primary pigmented malignant tumors of the breast are rare. In few published studies these lesions are described as metaplastic carcinoma with melanocytic differentiation or colliding carcinoma with melanoma and carcinoma components. Histological criteria to differentiate both entities do not exsist, and detail clinical examination after operation have to be necessary. We describe 35 years old female who had cytologicaly malignant, 2 cm wide lump in her lateral breast quadrant.
