Sažetak
The article analyses the problem of marginalisation of women's rights in international law, explores the reasons for such marginalisation and proposes reforms with an aim of fully incorporating women's rights. The article proposes an inclusive approach to interpreting internationalhuman rights law, based on the insights of feminist theories of a "difference strand", with an aim of enhancing inclusiveness of international human rights law.
