Sažetak
In the multidimensional approach to the self-esteem and body-image evaluation in breast cancer patients during creative therapy, it seemed appropriate to use the acoustic analysis of voice and facial mimic muscle activity in relationship with other variables. The acoustic analysis of voice included five main parameters - fundamental frequency (vocal folds vibrations), fo range, jitter (frequency perturbation), shimmer (amplitude perturbation) and VOT (voice onset time), recorded by Real-time Frequency Analyser and EZ Voice Spectral Analyser. Physiological substrate of emotional state was also evaluated by using EMG-biofeedback including visual recording of neuromuscular activity of facial mimic expresion. The data were correlated with the results obtained by SCL-90, Pain Anxiety Scale, Pain Discomfort Scale and Visual Analog Scale for variables - Bed, Good, Body-image, Induced variables and Aesthetic Dimension.
