Sažetak
This paper presents an attempt in the field of the hypermedia and Internet technologies use in education, especially in Web-based training (WBT) at the Department of Information Science at the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka (Croatia). The first stage of the ongoing research that deals with the development and use of the WWW hypermedia courseware is described. The purpose of the research is to evaluate WWW courseware and to prove the hypothesis: hypermedia interactive courseware improves students' motivation for learning and their ability to transform information into knowledge
