Sažetak
The autosomal dominant hereditary Romano Ward syndrome is a familiall disease characterized by prolonged time of atrial repolarization and proneness to malignant arrhythmias, wherby the patient may manifest a clinical picture predominated by varying neurologic symptmatology.The seriousness of the disease, asociated with the high risk of sudden death, and possibility of relatively easy diagnosis and efficient treatment impose the need of considering the disease in case of vague syncope or other neurologic symptomatology.
