Sažetak
The paper deals with the negotiation process in the acquis chapter on financial control and especial with the penal aspect of the EU’ s financial interests in Croatia. The focus is on the implementation of the Convention on the protection of the European Communities’ financial interests and its two Protocols dealing with corruption, money laundering and the liability of legal persons in the Croatian criminal law and criminal procedural law.
