Sažetak
Knowledge of kinetics and mechanism of chemical reactions in critical phases of production is specially interesting for process validation in pharmaceutical industry. Reaction of hydrolysis and carbamate decarboxilation was conducted in a strong alkaline media. It can be seen that under these conditions transesterification takes place in the case when alcoholic solvent group is different from carbamate alcoholic group. Experiments for determination kinetics parameters were carried out in automated laboratory reactor. Samples were analyzed by gas chromatography. The rate of chemical reaction is calculated and kinetics parameters of carbamate hydrolysis are determined. Energy of activation is for every reaction determined and kinetical model of hydrolysis and decarboctilation process is developed. The experimental data indicate good correlation with mathematical model simulation results.
