Sažetak
Croatia is at the beginning of the process of integration with the EU. Cooperation agreement between the EU and Croatia is expected to be the initial step of contractual relations. Although it is still not envisaged by the EU, deepening of mutual economic relations will probably create the need for establishing free trade with the EU. In this context, it is necessary to analyze even at this stage what implications it might have for Croatia. The paper analyses Croatian trade flows with the EU and tries to give the answer wheather Criatia is ready for deeper integration with the EU.
