Sažetak
The first part of this paper provides a theoretical framework consisting of historical facts about developing the method and description of Asher’ s (1984) language learning hypothesis, as well as the first experiments and examples of the most suitable ways of using TPR. The second part comprises information about the participants in the study and about classroom activities observed and recorded. It presents the analysis of the research results, which indicates that in early English language learning, when combined with other techniques, TPR works very well.
