Sažetak
Total enrofloxacin residues depletion was deterimined following administration of 100 ppm of enrofloxacin in food (Vetoflok, 10 posto, pulver, Pliva 1 kg per 1 T) during 5 days. Study stimulated conditions of field trial. Owing to the proposed MRL (WHO Technical report, 1995) for sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin (40 mg per kg) in foodstuffs, the withdrawal period of 6 days in chickens should be satisfied for orally (in food) adminstreted doses of 7 mg per kg b.w. If the most usual dose of 10 mg per kg b.w. is administreted this withdrawal period of 6 days may not be appropriate.
