Sažetak
Mapping of biotopes of moist areas has been carried out in the immediate vicinity of Zagreb, where the ponds Crna mlaka are placed. For the preparation of this paper, the area of 1700 ha from the Special ornithological preserve with the belt of marginal ecological systems has been selected. The researched area is arranged into the biotopes on the basis of two methodologies. Wet biotopes were selected according to the MedWet, and all other areas according to the CORINE methodology. On the basis of photointerpretation of black and white images and using them for mapping the biotopes of wet stations (MedWet Habitat Description), thrre basic systems have been classified: Lake (Lacustrine), pond (Palustrine) and river (Riverine). The areas not belonging to the water systems have been mapped according to the CORINE nomenclature intended for mapping the land usage. Thus, 8 class levels of 3 CORINE project have been selected in the area of Crna mlaka. On the basis of the selected types of biotope (according to MedWet and CORINE methodology), the digital map of wet biotopes for the area of Crna mlaka has been made. On the map, there are also subclasses mapped apart from the main systems, subsystem and classes, as well as the modification referring to the water regime, or they are various artificial modifications.
