In addition to the autochthonous inhabitants that lived in Pannonia an active role in the Romanization and urbanization of this region was also played by the immigrant population. This text will attempt to explicate the extent to which Romanization was actual or relative, and what does it mean the migrations in the Roman province of Pannonia.
