Sažetak
Strategy formulation process is the process of determining appropriate courses of action for achieving organizational objectives and thereby accomplishing organizational purpose. Strategy ratings are generated from business results of the enterprise using the strategy, and not from the process generating it. Viable strategy is the result of adequate strategy formulation process implementation, and comparison to already implemented, viable strategies. Scientific method of case study enables best experiences incorporation in the new strategy formulation.
