Sažetak
Factors of organization influencing on shaping of organizational structure and they cannot be observed one by one during this process. The reason is in mutual influence of factors and their connectivity. The final choice between possible organizational structures will depend about factors which influence is strongest within specific phase of developing process of enterprise. Previously, the organizational factors have to be classified regarding the size of influence on shaping process of organizational structures. Based on that will be performed the quantification of this influence. Some of organizational factors act alone and in relations with other relevant factors. Will be necessary to determine the total value of influence of all relevant organizational factors corresponds to the relevant type of basic organizational structures.
