Sažetak
The paper investigates the possibility of applying a logistical model in the organization of construction projects. Along with the application of a logistical model, management and control of construction projects with information support from information systems is investigated. The cinstruction project is observed as a bussiness-production system with subsystems and their elements. The project management is researched in detail, and the construction company organization is also investigated with the aim of achieving profitable and quality production.
