Sažetak
A new navigation system design is proposed based on two-way links and master clocks in the GEO orbit (unification of timing and positioning system). Two-way links can be used for real-time frequency dissemination from the GEO clocks to GALILEO and other satellites in LEO, MEO, GEO, HEO... and beyond. It is shown how USO could replace HM and Rb clocks in the GALILEO satellite? ACES MW-link on board just one GALILEO satellite can be used as an operational link for time/frequency transfer between timing labs and used for calibration of entire GALILEO system (separation of clock, phase ambiguity and ionosphere delay). At the same time MW-link signal can be tracked by VLBI (combination of GNSS/VLBI reference frames).
