Sažetak
A five-level active shunt power filter with a predictive current controller is proposed. The application for this work is the aircraft power system (the expected variable aircraft power system frequency range is 360Hz to 800Hz.). It is achieved a low switching frequency with a high bandwidth current control (current reference frequency up to 5.6kHz). The proposed current controller for the five-level ASF is verified through the simulation model developed in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Analysis of the proposed ASF structure for the aircraft application includes current tracking performance and harmonic spectrum of the output ASF voltage. Comparison of the proposed five-level topology is made with the two – level one.
