Sažetak
In Southeastern Europe, current processes of cultural industrialization have linked particular cultural settings with global cultural trends. A transition towards cultural economy is underway, and new perspectives on cultural development have opened up in the whole region. This is clearly reflected in changing cultural identities and values, in the use of new technologies, in the creation of cultural markets and of cultural development overall. A specific kind of interaction among local cultures and global technological, media, creative and artistic developments is taking place. For the further development of these needs participatory response are need that would connect local cultural values and creativity with global cultural developments.
