Sažetak
Double contact analysis has been made for the contact of three elastic cylindrical bodies. The analysis with finite element method has been improved. It was considered contact with and without friction between contact surfaces. The own computer programme CONTACT and experimental research with photoelastic models were the source for the analysis of the maximum shear stresses and the deepness where maximum shear stresses appear. A great departure from classical Hertz theory has been noticed, especially for the place of appearing the maximum shear stresses.
