Sažetak
The quality control process, as one of the most important processes in the software development is present in various software development methods. A tentative mathematical model is proposed to help the quality management to economise with available resources and to satisfy multiple objectives. Non-linearity is approximated by linear separable functions. Ideal solutions for single objectives are achieved by linear programming, a compromise solution is reached using the STEP method, and after interactive weight changes, a final solution can be accepted.
