Sažetak
The Bologna process represent the biggest common project in reform of the educational system in history of Europe. There are countries in Europe where traditionally PhD does not exist, countries where you can find two doctorates, countries where you can earn PhD by advanced learning or countries where you can earn Phd only by internationally recognized results of research. In order to homogenous criteria in many European countries ORPHEUS organised third conference on health science. According to one survey only a smallpercentage of European universities have web pages written in language understandable to students from other countries.
