Sažetak
The expression describing the whole TSC peak curve is derived for the case of small recapture rate. Its validity is supported with several tests. Obtained formula is suitable for the study of trap parameter influence on peak characteristics, for the analysis of experimental results, and also, for the determination of trap parameters from a single TSC peak measurement. It could also be applicable to other methods based on thermally stimulated processes which do not repetitively fill traps during temperature scan.
