Sažetak
The pathogenesis of renal hypertension has not yet been fully crarified. As the potential role of endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) has been postulated, their concentracions were determined in plasma and urine of diabetic patients. Also, the effect of ACE inhibitors on ET-1 and NO patterns was monitored.
