Sažetak
In this paper, the autor presenting the results of his research regarding the current situation of small enterprises in Croatian economy, including the comparation with the development economies, abd the comparation with the medium-sized and large companies in the Croatian economy. At the center of his interests is the problem of the startup of small-sized companies and the reasons that determine the success and the velocity of the process.
