Sažetak
Non-flexible production structures can no langer survive on turbulent market, because they can react to changes only with big time lag. In order to satisfy specific needs of buyers compared to performances, quality, quantity, costs and terms it is necessary to restructure already existing factories, that are still organized according to Taylor principe. One of reconstruction is implementation of new cooperation forms, that lead to virtual cooperation. Individual Factories within cooperation chain would be organized according to fractal principe. Basic types of coopeartion are stated in this essay (vertival, horizontal and regional),
