Sažetak
The Ypresian/Lutetian boundary in the Betic Cordillera (Spain) should be placed in NP14 Biozone and could coincide with the base of the P.10 Biozone of Berggren et al. (1995) or the base of Hantkenina mexicana Biozone. The age of the boundary has been interpreted to be about 49 million years, which would correspond to the boundary between the magneto Chron 22 and 21.
