Sažetak
Burn-out is a common experience among mental health professionals. The signs of burn-out phenomena could be present at the emotional, behavioral and somatic level. Work motivation of the mental health professionals is connected to some signs of the burn-out and so are the characteristics of their working place (institution-fieldwork).
