Sažetak
The article deals with the problem of transition from Middle to Late Bronze Age in northern Croatia. It brings also the insight into the cultural groups of Early and transition to Middle Bronze Age, specially Litzen pottery Culture and Vatina Culture in eastern Slavonia. The author emphasized that the Middle Bronze Age period was not properly studied so the genesis of Urnfield Culture might be a problem to analyze. The results of investigation of the settlements Mačkovac- Crišnjevi and Kalnik-Igrišće has been presented and the new data concerning the Virovitica Culture existance at Kalnik settlement are also presented.
