Sažetak
&laquo ; ; ; Build, Operate, Transfer&raquo ; ; ; – BOT investment project realization model, especially of material infrastructure, is in world practice becoming a model through which the public and private interest is meeting together. With the intention to improve reconstruction and road construction in Croatia, Croatian government have announced in 1994, international procurement procedure for road financing and construction of several strategic roads. That was the start of BOT model application in Croatia. Authors will present in article the results of BOT project realization framework, with their characteristics and data in real environment. Authors will pay special attention to project objects achievement in the consideration of positive or negative influence of project participants and project surrounding on the particular project success. On the done analyses, authors will make the comparison of the got figures and prepare recommendation for future implementation of BOT project in similar conditions.
