Sažetak
The authors reviewed the historical course of development concerning PTSD patients treated on Rijeka region. They also showed changes of the clinical picture of cases resulting from psycho traum. They created the program of treatment of PTSD patients presently adopted, as well as recommendations for further development of care of PTSD patients. We are sure that experience obtained in one region could be great help to PTD patients in other region in their attempt to treat those patients.
