Sažetak
An effect of artificial inoculation with Fusarium spp. and cultivars response to fungicide treatment against the FHB pathogen on important agronomic and quality traits was evaluated. Considering agronomic traits, the significant (P<0.05) negative influence of FHB inoculation was noticed on grain yield and test weight. The most positive response on fungicide treatment against the FHB pathogen had cultivars Žitarka, Zrnka, Super Žitarka and Srpanjka. Protein content differed significantly between fungicide and FHB inoculation treatment, while significant differences (P<0.05) were found among control and all other treatments for wet gluten content and sedimentation value. For gluten index significant (P<0.05) differences were found among control and all other treatments.
