Sažetak
The meaning and importance of the labour productivity in construction projects, same as the methodology for its measurement and international comparison will be explained. The impact of the productivity on the project costs, both direct and indirect will be analysed. The factors affecting labour productivity in construction projects in different project environments will be systemized and discussed. The model of labour productivity evaluation regarding the costs of resources that are in the project engaged, and particularly the labour costs will be demonstrated. Based upon previous the comparison analysis of the construction labour productivity in the countries of the meddle European region will be performed, and the data will be shown. The model of optimal construction labour productivity increasing in the region will be demonstrated.
