Sažetak
In theoretical terms, the integration of corpus linguistics with organisational studies enables the creation of a metaparadigm which, integrating multiple paradigms and merging concepts characteristic to these paradigms, provides a new research potential for both sides. In practical terms, the integration of corpus linguistics with organisational studies enhances the legitimacy of both disciplines.
