Sažetak
This paper is focused on the changing pattern of demand for workers skills in Western Balkans. The paper aims to identfy the nature of structural change in demand for skills. It focuses on the impact of privatisation process, the entry and growth of new small firms, FDI, technology transfer and innovation, the pattern of foreign trade and regional development. In conclusion it assess the potential medium-term drivers of economic development and the demand for skills in the countries of Western Balkans, including Croatia.
