Sažetak
Manyford problems of applying information systems in enterprise planning and decision making are the follofing: a) number of experts and information specialists familiar with business activities of samll and middle size enterprises; b) sluggishness in training and folow up of personnel development and their training for team work; c) poor training of managers for using information equipment and information stored in databases; d) decision making in uncertainty and future risks; e) problem of giving up old paradigm and creating a new one in situations of unpredictable changes: f) accepting comprehension that large manufacturing systems should be first brooken up into small flexible systems and only then to connect them mutually; g) the fact that many decision are neither completely programmed or completely not programmed; h) not achieving expected benefits eithe because of too closed type of model or because it is generalized and insufficiently adapted to the flow activities. The above mentioned problems can be more successffuly solved simulationeously by more efficient actions of society, particulary in training system of enterprise managers and information experts.
