Sažetak
Quality is one of the essential prerequisites for inclusion of Croatian economy into international economic courses. Management with processes is always attained by implementation of adequate processes in companies. As information systems (IS) are developing as an assumption of Process Management, they are indispensable assumption for Quality Manaement (QM) as well. In concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) there are also great demands for a modern IS reengineering of a company. Conditions for its reeingeneering are the use of contemporary information technologies and inclusion of experts for organization, informatics, technology, logistics and production.
