Sažetak
We report a case of supernumary neonatal tooth in the one month old child which manifested itself as a gingival swelling. This case report highlights a need to bare in mind rare, but possible occurence of the unerupted teeth in infants which could be seen as gingival enlargements. Furthermore, list of differential diagnosis of soft and hard tissue swelling as well as cysts together with rare syndromes which are more frequently connected with presence of natal/neonatal teeth is included
