Sažetak
The thin-wall injection moulding is one of the trends of the advanced injection moulding processes. On the one hand such a trend allows saving of material and shorter injection moulding cycles, but on the other hand such process requires key parameters at their extreme levels. The application of CAE analysis in the classical procedure of injection moulding has proven to be a very important factor in predicting and optimising the process parameters. However, in thin-wall injection moulding certain differences in the behaviour of thermoplastics have been noted.
