Sažetak
The unique methodology with a view to information analysis and description of telecommunications network was elaborated. It enabled formal description of telecommunications network elements on all hierarchy levels and presented its topology. The metodology was applied in database design of the Information System for Telecommunications Network Planning (ISPLANTEM). It was verified on the selected model of telecommunications network. This paper presents the graphic presentation process of telecommunications network topology and the way of linking the objects on the drawing with the data about these objects in the database.
