Sažetak
Blepharoclonus or blepharospasm may follow cerebral infarction or hemorrhage. It may be part of paraneoplastic disorder being rare with autoimune diseases. Healty female patient at age 65 developed ocular form of myasthenia gravis wich soon reached moderate generalised form of MG. Antibodies on ACh nicotines receptors were positive. She was treated with piridostigmin and corticosteroides. Very soon she started to complain of blefaroclonus of the left side and local distonia and disturbed her more than myasthenia gravis. This being the reason for dicaiding to apply the terapy of botulinum toxin after which blepharoclonus improved without exacerbation while myastenia gravis signs and symptoms only temporarly deteriorated.
