Sažetak
Strategic planning of information (IS) is one of the major investigating subject of scientists and practitioners who are dealing with the information systems implementation into business systems. Recent researches point to serious problem that the impact of information technologies on business systems effectiveness is significantly under expectations. The cause is inappropriate information systems management and management of organisation systems that information systems support. Misunderstanding between information systems designers and information systems users is serious problem too. User needs recognition and abilities for using information technologies are essentially for developing a successful information system. The contracting process improvement and specially software requirement's specification making is good way for decreasing this gap.
