Sažetak
Establishing optimal organizational project structure includes good communication among the project staff and between various parts of a project, including efficient communication software for realization of communication demands. Poor communication support and information flow is often causes of unsuccessful project completion, misunderstandings and risk situations. Development of information and communication techniques should lead to a more human society. However, this development will never substitute interpersonal communication, which is of paramount importance in running a project. Special attention should be paid to communication between team members, communication between sub-projects and between various project phases, as well as to communication between project and its environment. This communication will be more efficient as the development of information and communication technologies becomes more directed towards the demands of dynamic business and development of product and servicing design, which have to be able to support project needs.
