Sažetak
The aim of the paper is to present summarized literature data that would result in a first systematic inventory of croatian freshwater Cyanophyceae taxa. The list is a result of the autors, investigations as well as a detailed analyses of more then one hundred papers, published in the period 1900 to 1996. Degree of saprobity is included for all indicator species. The list of freshwater Cyanophyceae consists of 45 genera with 217 species. Species indicators of o, o-ß, and ß-mesosaprobity are predominant (82 %). The most comon species in the investigated biotopes were: Merismopedia punctata Meyen, Microcystis aeruginosa Kütz., Chroococcus minutus Näg., C. turgidus Näg., Gomphosphaeria lacustris Chod., Oscillatoria agardhii Gom., O. limosa Gom., O. tenius Ag., and Phormidium autumnale Gom.
