Sažetak
The three-pole metal-enclosed SF6-switchgear type K8D.6, manufactured by Rade Končar, is briefly described, and the problems encountered in designing the elements of this switchgear are indicated. The conductor heating in the isolator-busbar compartment by currents of 1250 A, 1600 A and 2500 A is first computed, and the computation results are compared with the results of the temperature rise test conducted on the same type of switchgear.
