Sažetak
Industrial efficiency is shown in terms of the ratio of net product to employed assets (actual value of fixed assets plus curretnt assets) through three different aspects: (1) regradless of the sector structure (overall efficiency of employed assets) ; (2) recognizing the sector structure of industry in each county (weighted efficiency of employed assets) ; and (3) considering the relative number of employed persons in the industrial sector of each county, which is taken into account in addition to sector structure (comparable efficiency of employed assets). Essentialy, the analysis indicates factors causing the differences in industrial efficiency of the individual counties. Industrial efficiency of counties of the Republic of Croatia is also evaluated using methodology of Data Envelopment Analysis.
